Use of the Site:

• Content provided is for Authoritative and Strategic advisory purposes only.

Payments:

• Audit & Service Fees: The $7,500 Executive Integrity Audit fee is billed upfront to initiate the diagnostic process. All consulting and OIP service fees are governed by the specific Signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Intellectual Property:

• All proprietary consulting material (including the OIP framework, Audit reports, and strategic blueprints) is owned by Axisynth.

Content: 

• Executive Integrity Audit Fee: The $7,500 fee for the Executive Integrity Audit is an upfront, non-refundable charge for the diagnostic time, OFD analysis, and proprietary reporting delivered.

Exceptions:

• Service Resolution: Axisynth is committed to high-integrity service delivery. If there are documented issues with the process or deliverable quality, please contact us within 7 days of report delivery to pursue an executive resolution.

Client Use Only: The OIP reports and strategic materials are licensed solely for the internal operational use of the commissioning B2B client.

Proprietary Use: No redistribution, reselling, or external commercial use of the OIP or Audit findings is permitted without a separate, explicit licensing agreement.
