Founder of Axisynth | Architect of Operational Integrity
My career path has never been linear — and that’s what shaped my greatest advantage.
My 20+ years of experience extends from studying accounting at a local university, to managing retail stores, outside sales, and eventually building a seven-figure personal brand in one of the most volatile digital markets in the world, I’ve lived every layer of business — from the front line to the strategy table. I am, by definition, a T-shaped professional: grounded in real-world execution, yet fluent in the systems that power scale.
Learning has always been my compass. I’ve never followed the predictable path — I’ve followed curiosity. My father once described me as someone who’s always done her own thing, and that independence became my greatest strength. It allowed me to see patterns others missed and to approach business as an evolving system.
Axisynth was born from that same mindset. What began as a personal project to refine my own skills in AI and digital operations evolved into a framework — and then a firm.
We started by helping individuals and small brands build antifragile systems for growth. Soon after, we expanded to serve enterprises — diagnosing the silent leaks hidden within their infrastructure. Today, Axisynth specializes in eliminating Human/AI Misalignment, stopping the financial leaks caused by outdated consulting systems, and converting operational loss into measurable profit through the Operational Integrity Protocol (OIP) — a scalable system engineered for your organization’s specific needs.
Axisynth exists to make complexity simple, systems intelligent, and misalignment leaks profitable.
Every path I’ve taken — every risk, pivot, and reinvention — has led to one realization: progress doesn’t come from following systems, it comes from redesigning them.
Axisynth is that redesign. It’s where human insight meets intelligent systems to create sustainable growth.
